Chef Ron Lock’s Spicy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • ½ cup sour cream

1. Combine all ingredients until well blended. Chill until ready to use.
