Chef's Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
- 2 cups salad greens
- ½ cup pear or cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup shredded carrot
- 2 slices avocado
- 2 sardines
- + 3 more ingredients

- 1 poached egg
- ½ cup fresh soybeans or fava beans
- Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette
Arrange all the ingredients on a dinner plate and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette. Serve.
