Ingredients

  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 2 cups salad greens
  • ½ cup pear or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup shredded carrot
  • 2 slices avocado
  • 2 sardines
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 poached egg
    • ½ cup fresh soybeans or fava beans
    • Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette

Arrange all the ingredients on a dinner plate and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette. Serve.
