Cherry-Apricot Cream Cheese Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 4 large apricots
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 cups fresh cherries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • 1 large egg yolk
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
    • 19 tablespoons all purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
    • ½ cup apricot preserves
    • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • ¾ cup whole milk

Blend flour, sugar and salt in processor. Add butter and process, using on/off turns, until mixture resembles very coarse meal. Add yolk and process until moist clumps form.
