  • ¾ cup plus 2 Tbs. warm water
  • 1-¼ tsp. extra-fine sea salt or table salt
  • ½ lb. fresh sweet cherries, rinsed, pitted, and halved
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 10 oz. (2-¼ cups) unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 3 oz. (¾ cup) dried sour cherries
  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2-¼ tsp. active dry yeast
