Cherry Coconut Squares


  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • ½ pound(s) sweetened coconut (1 small bag)
  • 1 bottle(s) red Maraschino cherries, cut inch half (small bottle)
  • 1 can(s) Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 2 cup(s) melted butter
  • 30 Graham crackers (ground to make 2 cups of crumbs)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Mix together the cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Put in the bottom of a 9"x9" pan and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. 3. In a large mixing bowl, mix the coconut, milk, cherries and vanilla. Put on top of the cooked crumbs and bake for about 20 minutes...
