Cherry Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup of almond meal/flour
  • 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1.5 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2-3 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
    • 1/8 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    • ¾ cup baked cherries (halved)

1. Remove seeds from cherries, place on a baking sheet/stone and bake at 350 for 10 mins 2. Place almond meal and rolled oats in food processor and mix until the oats are finely processed. 3.
