Cherry-Pecan Brie


  • 1 (8-oz.) Brie round, rind removed from top
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Chopped toasted pecans
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup cherry preserves
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Stir together cherry preserves, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Drizzle over warm Brie round. Top with pecans. Serve with crackers.
