Cherry Skillet Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pound fresh cherries, pitted and halved
