  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 (20-ounce) can light cherry pie filling
  • 1 ½ cups 1% low-fat milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 15 ladyfingers

    • ¾ cup low-fat sour cream
    • 2 large eggs
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 2 tablespoons amaretto (almond-flavored liqueur)
