Chestnut Pancakes with Bacon and Crème Fraîche

- 1 ½ cups jarred steamed chestnuts
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- chives or maple syrup
- Créme frache or sour cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 large eggs
