• Ice
  • 1.5 ounce(s) vodka
  • 1.5 to 2 ounces chilled ginger beer
  • 0.25 seedless cucumber
  • 2 lime quarters

In a cocktail shaker, muddle all but 1 of the cucumber slices with the lime quarters. Add ice and the vodka, shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with the remaining cucumber slice.
