  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 1 (14-ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 ½ cups lightly packed flaked sweetened coconut
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sifted cake flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

Preheat oven to 250°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and secure with masking tape. Place unsweetened chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl.
