Chewy Granola Bars

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup raisins
• ½ cup margarine, softened
• 1 ¼ cups puffed rice cereal
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons honey

• • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Cream margarine, sugars, honey, vanilla and egg, mixing well. Combine all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
