Chickpea, Spinach, Feta, and Pepita Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce feta cheese
  • ½ avocado
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 or 4 corn tortillas
  • ½ lime

    • 1 small shallot lobe
