  • 6 ears sweet corn
  • 4 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon finely shredded lime zest
  • ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt, plus more for sprinkling
