Ingredients
- 4 quart(s) peeled and chopped tomatoes
- 2 cup(s) chopped onions
- 1 cup(s) chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 cup(s) chopped green pepper
- 1 HOT red pepper (small)
- ½ cup(s) sugar (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon(s) allspice
- + 2 more ingredients

- 2 ½ cup(s) vinegar
- 3 tablespoon(s) salt
Combine the vegetables, salt, and sugar. Cook until the mixture begins to thicken. Add the vinegar and spices (in a bag), and cook until the mixture becomes a thick mixture. NOTE: To shorten the cooking time, drain the juice from the vegetables.
