CHILI TOFU STIR FRY

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) Asian chili-garlic sauce
  • ¾ cup(s) vegetable stock or broth
  • 4 mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup(s) roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
    • 6 ounce(s) bean sprouts
    • 1 stalk(s) celery, chopped
    • 2 carrots, sliced thin
    • 10 ounce(s) firm tofu, cut into 1 inch cubes
    • 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil

Heat oil in wok or large skillet on high heat. Add nuts, and stir fry until browned. Remove and drain on paper towel, using a slotted spoon or spatula.
