CHILI TOFU STIR FRY
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon(s) Asian chili-garlic sauce
- ¾ cup(s) vegetable stock or broth
- 4 mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup(s) roasted peanuts
- 1 teaspoon(s) cornstarch

- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 6 ounce(s) bean sprouts
- 1 stalk(s) celery, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced thin
- 10 ounce(s) firm tofu, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
Heat oil in wok or large skillet on high heat. Add nuts, and stir fry until browned. Remove and drain on paper towel, using a slotted spoon or spatula.
