Chili Tuna Roll-Ups


  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • 2/3 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 6 (12 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Neufchatel cheese
