Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon(s) cumin
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chili powder
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped (large)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 cup(s) Boca Crumbles or ½ cup bulgur
  • ½ cup(s) Frozen corn
  • 1 can(s) red beans, rinsed and drained (15 ounce can)

    • 1 can(s) black beans, rinsed and drained (15 ounce can)
    • water
    • 1 can(s) diced tomatoes (28 ounce can) (large can)
    • 1 tablespoon(s) unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
    • 1 pepper, chopped
    • 1 can(s) kidney beans, rinsed and drained (15 ounce can)
    • 1 can(s) tomato paste (small can)
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper

In a large pan, saut the onion and spices. Add Boca crumbles, saut for a few minutes longer to break up the Boca Crumbles. Add pepper and garlic and saut for 1 minute.
