Chilled Cinnamon-Ginger Tea (Soojong Gwa)


  • Pine nuts for garnish (optional)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 gallon water
  • 3 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 2- to 3-inch piece ginger, sliced
