Chilled Cinnamon-Ginger Tea (Soojong Gwa)
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- Pine nuts for garnish (optional)
- 1 2- to 3-inch piece ginger, sliced
- 3 sticks cinnamon
- 1 gallon water
