Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 4 cups plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 avocado, cut into 1/2-in. dice
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt

    • 1 avocado, cut into 1/2-in. dice
    • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
    • 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
    • ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
    • 1 English cucumber, peeled and chopped
    • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
    • 4 cups plain low-fat yogurt
    • 1 English cucumber, peeled and chopped

Whisk together yogurt, garlic, salt, spices, and 2 cups cold water in a large bowl. Add cucumber, avocado, mint, and dill, stirring gently to combine. Drizzle each serving with 1 tsp. oil. Note: Nutritional analysis is per 2-cup serving.
