Chimichurri Sauce 2

Ingredients

• 2 cup(s) fresh parsley
• 1 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
• ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
• ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
• 4 clove(s) garlic
• ¼ cup(s) olive oil
• 1 cup(s) fresh oregano
• + 1 more ingredients
• • 2 tablespoon(s) smoked paprika

Mix all ingredients into a blender or food processor until well blended. Excellent on BBQ steak. Spread fair amount over cooked meat.
