Ingredients

  • ½ cup hoisin sauce
  • ½ cup dry sherry
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon five-spice powder
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha (hot chile sauce, such as Huy Fong)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
    • ½ cup hoisin sauce
    • ½ cup dry sherry
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • ¼ teaspoon five-spice powder
    • 2 teaspoons Sriracha (hot chile sauce, such as Huy Fong)
    • ½ cup ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
    • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat; bring to a simmer. Cook sherry mixture 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
