Choc Chip Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 120 g butter, melted
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 200 g choc chips
  • 1½ cups brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 cups self-raising flour

1. Sift flour and cocoa. 2. Add sugar and choc chips, stir. 3. Add milk, butter and eggs. Stir until just combined. 4. Spoon into muffin tin ¾ full. 5. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
