Chocolate Almond Butter


  • 1 ounce semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Amaretto
  • 1 ½ sticks (¾ cup) unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ cup blanched almonds, toasted lightly and chopped
