Chocolate Almond Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup ¾ cup Maple Syrup, Grade B
  • 3 3 Egg Yolk
  • ½ cup ½ cup Cocoa Powder, Organic, sifted
  • ½ cup ½ cup Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 16 fl oz 16 fl oz Coconut Milk, full fat

1. Combine all ingredients (except almond butter) in a sauce pan. 2. Bring to a low boil while whisking. 3. Remove from heat and let cool. 4. Strain mixture into a medium-sized mixing bowl, and cover with plastic wrap. 5. Chill mixture in refrigerator for 2 hours. 6. Place mixture in an ice ...
