  • 2 teaspoons crème de cassis liqueur
  • Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • 3 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • ¾ cup raspberries

    • 1 tablespoon water
    • 1 frozen puff pastry sheet
