Chocolate and Caramelized Banana Tarts

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • 8 oz bittersweet chocolate , finely chopped
  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 10 sheets phyllo pastry
  • ¼ cup dark rum
