chocolate and coconut covered bacon


  • 1 pound of good quality bacon
  • 2 Organic Dark Chocolate bars ~ *ISH
  • handful of unsweetened shredded coconut or crushed raw macadamia nuts (I have tried both)
  • a few tbsp of coconut butter
