Ingredients

  • 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

    • 1 ½ cups pecan halves
    • ¾ cup golden brown sugar

Preheat oven to 375°F. Whisk flour, cocoa, sugar, and salt in large bowl to blend. Add butter; rub in with fingertips until mixture resembles coarse meal.
