Chocolate and macadamia brownie

  • 90g/3½oz unsalted macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 185g/6½oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 185g/6½oz raisins
  • 100g/4oz unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 200g/8oz plain flour
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 tbsp golden syrup
    • 5 free-range eggs
    • 500g/1lb 2oz caster sugar
    • 280g/10oz unsalted butter, softened, plus extra for greasing
