  • 700g/1lb 9oz self-raising flour
  • 150g/5½oz butter
  • 150g/5½oz caster sugar
  • 150g/5½oz chocolate drops
  • 130ml/4fl oz whole milk, plus extra for brushing
  • 2 large oranges, finely grated zest and juice
