  • 75g 2¾ oz Unrefined golden caster plus extra for sprinkling (we like Billington's) Unrefined golden caster
  • 75g 2¾ oz Plain white flour (we like Allinson) Plain white flour
  • 15g ½ oz Cocoa powder
  • 1tbsp 1tbsp Milk (whole)
  • 125g 4½ oz Icing sugar (we like Silver Spoon) Icing sugar
  • ½tbsp ½tbsp Vanilla bean paste (we like Nielsen-Massey) Vanilla bean paste

    • 75g 2¾ oz Butter (unsalted) softened
