Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 fluted 3-inch tart pans
  • 4 tablespoons rice or dried beans
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 1 medium banana
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
    • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
    • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine butter, sugar and salt in a bowl. Beat in egg, then flour, 1/4 cup at a time, until you get a shaggy dough (it holds together loosely, but it's not smooth or elastic).
