Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 large eggs
  • Crust:
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
    • 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs (about 20 cookies; such as Nabisco's Famous Chocolate Wafers)
    • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 1 large egg yolk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • ½ cup (4 ounces) fat-free cream cheese, softened
    • ¾ cup Triple Berry Curd

Preheat oven to 350°. To prepare crust, combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a fork until moist.
