Chocolate Black Forest Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ cup cocoa
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
