CHOCOLATE BOURBON BALLS

Ingredients

  • granulated sugar
  • ½ cup(s) powdered sugar
  • 2 ½ cup(s) vanilla wafer crumbs
  • - ½ cup bourbon or rum
  • 3 tablespoon(s) corn syrup
  • 1 cup(s) finely chopped nuts
  • 1 cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Melt chocolate chips over hot water. Remove from heat. Add corn syrup and liquor to chocolate. Combine vanilla wafers, nuts and powdered sugar. Add chocolate mixture and mix.
