  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) chopped toasted pecans
  • 3 large eggs, at room temperature
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ tsp. salt
    • 2 oz. (4 Tbs.) unsalted butter; more for the pan
