Chocolate Brownie Torte with White Chocolate Mousse and Caramelized Bananas

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons butter
• 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
• 1 ounce bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate
• ½ cup cake flour
• 1 ½ cups whipping cream
• 12 ounces good-quality white chocolate (such as Lindt or Baker's)
• 3 large egg whites
