  • 2 1/3 cups plus 3 tablespoons superfine sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups extra-dark cocoa powder, sifted
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 1/3 cup plus 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
