Chocolate, Caramel, and Walnut Tart

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 2 ¼ cups walnuts
    • 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 1 cup sugar (preferably baker's sugar or other superfine sugar)
    • ¼ cup water

Blend flour and salt in processor 5 seconds. Add butter to processor. Using on/off turns, blend until coarse meal forms. Add 4 tablespoons ice water.
