Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup dried tart cherries
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
