Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pints raspberry sorbet
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Chocolate curls or amaretti cookies
  • 1 3-ounce bar imported milk chocolate
  • ½ cup dried tart cherries
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
  • 1 5.5-ounces package amaretti cookies
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ½ cup orange juice
    • 1 ½ pints pistachio ice cream
    • Hot Fudge Sauce
    • ¼ cup almonds
    • 1 ½ pints chocolate ice cream
