Ingredients

  • Baking spray with flour
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 10 tablespoon butter, softened
  • ¾ cup fat-free cream cheese, softened

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 ¾ cups cake flour (about 11 ounces)
    • ¼ cup semisweet chocolate minichips
