Chocolate Chip Mandelbread

Ingredients

• 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 (6-ounce) package semisweet chocolate mini-morsels
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups sugar, divided
