Chocolate-Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 2 pints ice cream (any flavor)
