Ingredients

  • 2 cups coarsely grated bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate
  • 1/3 cup whisky
  • 1/3 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup golden brown sugar
  • 1 ¾ cups heavy whipping cream
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (do not use instant)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix chocolate, hazelnuts, and brown sugar in medium bowl. Spread oats out on rimmed baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, stirring occasionally, about 7 minutes.
