Chocolate Cupcakes with Peppermint Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour (about 5 1/2 ounces)
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 16 hard peppermint candies, finely crushed (about 1/3 cup)
