  • 3 ounces fine-quality bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened; preferably 70% cacao)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cake flour (not self-rising)
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • ¾ cup hazelnuts
  • parchment paper
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon fresh lemon zest

Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 or 3 baking sheets with parchment paper.
