Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 9-inch springform pan
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chocolate-hazelnut spread such as Nutella
  • 1 cup hazelnuts

    • 10 ½ ounces fine-quality bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened)

Put oven racks in upper and lower thirds of oven and preheat oven to 350°F.
